The School

Randstad Education is partnering with a modern, newly established Government Primary School located in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. We are seeking passionate and adaptable educators for Full-Time Ongoing roles commencing next year.

The Roles

Classroom Teachers: Deliver high-impact, explicit teaching programmes (Prep to Year 6) aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs within an engaging classroom environment.

Science & Arts: Lead dynamic specialist lessons that spark student curiosity, creativity, and hands-on inquiry across scientific and artistic disciplines.

Health & PE: Design and facilitate inclusive, active physical education and health programs that promote movement, teamwork, and healthy habits.

Health & PE / Social & Emotional Learning (SEL): Deliver a blended program combining physical wellbeing with explicit SEL instruction to foster resilience, emotional literacy, and positive relationships.

Successful Candidate Profile

Current registration (or eligibility for immediate registration) with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).

Valid Australian working rights are encouraged to apply (please note visa sponsorship is not available).

Exceptionally flexible, resilient, and comfortable navigating the dynamic nature of a expanding school environment.

Strong communication skills, and alignment with values of gratitude, empathy, and collaboration.
